VDU signed a cooperation agreement with the Lithuanian Association of Spanish Language Teachers and Lecturers (ALPE)
On Wednesday, September 10, during a meeting of the VDU Rectorate, University Rector Prof. Juozas Augutis signed a cooperation agreement with the Lithuanian Association of Spanish Language Teachers and Lecturers, represented by its president Rima Sabaliauskienė.
The agreement was signed with the aim of strengthening cooperation with the VDU Institute of Foreign Languages, the Faculty of Humanities, and the Academy of Education in the areas of promoting the Spanish language, teacher training, retraining, and competence development. The agreement also aims to cooperate in the preparation and implementation of joint international and national projects, developing applied scientific activities and research, improving study programs, organizing student internships and the applicability of acquired knowledge in the professional field, and providing practical recommendations on specialist training issues.
